a more remote area of Katofrakte
the Tur-cai's were a cold weather people
who have been able to adapt to extremes of cold, there has been little conflicts
amoung the tribes which is unusual
for any culture, mainly fishermen
and ply thier trade on the water in
Ky-acks, they were easily absorbed
into the Katofrakte culture
in 2001AK. 

They also have created the largest viewable artifact from space
the great "ice road" a bridge connecting the island nation to the
mainland of katofrakte.
