Basic Brevendrear LAWS

1. no citizen may own a blade of more then 1 doko(6.5 inches) long.
   no citizen may own armor or shield either.

2. every citizen must move to the side of the road when nobles or troops passby.

3. no citizen may own more then 2 jols without express written permisson.

4. all citizens must pay a yearly tax per each person in thier household.

5. every male citizen is subject to conscription after reaching 18 years of age
   at a nobles discretion.

6. no citizen shall proceed further then a 6th grade education without
   express written permission.

7. only nobles may vote, or those to whom they have given a written
   and stamped exemption.

8. no citizen may own any hago's(gold coin). hasil and hapene are okay.

9. one must address any noble by his title and end his sentence with sir or madam.
