Basic Vlant LAWS

1. hammers and axes are allowed, but all other weapons other
   then knives no longer the 1 doko(6.5 inches) must be turned
   into the local mayor.

2. no foreigners are allowed in the city of Vlhasa with out
   written permission from the Kings.

3. all Achens and Bolas must be killed upon discovery in Vlantia.

4. all males over 16 must serve 2 years in the mines of Vland
    the 2 years in the military.

5. only the Kings may sell/give gems to foreigners.

6. if one wishes to have less then 3 children one must
   pay a fine. you are allowed a 5 year grace from the
   date of your marriage.

7. children may be struck if NOT on the head.

8. to be left handed is evil.
