Basic Xili LAWS

1. it is illegal to eat scaled Jols, upon pain of death

2. no foreigner may enter the S.W region of Xili.

3. every home must display the Xili banner at all times.

4. all males over 15 must server in the Xili military for
   a period of 5 years.

5. around midday all people except troops are allow a 2 hour rest period

6. everyone must bow down when a noble passes by.

7. only nobles may possess hago or hasil or gems.

8. only troops may ride scaled jols and posess lances.

9. to be left handed is evil.
