A Document of Freedom for Citizens of this Nation
Article One
There shall be no enforceable National, State or Local laws concerning your buying or selling, open carry, quantity, storage,
caliber, shipping or stockpiling of ammunition and parts or lawful usage for single shot or semi-automatic rifles, shotguns
or pistols and magazines that are fixed or detachable of 7 rounds or less. You have the Individual right to keep and bear
these type of firearms.
Section 1:
This right shall not extend to those convicted and imprisoned more than once for Murder, Attempted
Murder, Rape, Armed Robbery or more then thrice for assault, or have been adjudicated by a judge
in a court of law as a danger to theirself or others.
Section 2:
Unless you are a Law enforcement officer on duty you cannot bring a firearm into a court room, school,
airplane or airport, hospital, prison or jail. Permits may be obtained to carry a firearm in a hospital or
school if you pass an extensive mental, medical and criminal background check and take a training
class to ensure you are going to do so in a safe manner, This will require approval and renewal
every third year.
Section 3:
Lawful usage is defined as hunting or target practice from 7 AM to 6 PM and self-defense which is
your right 24 hours a day.
Section 4:
You are not subject to any registration or license schemes or ownership lists for any firearm
nor any special taxes or fees directed specifically at firearms, parts, ammunition or firearms owners.
Part A:
This shall not be construed to mean you don't pay normal retail and wholesale
taxes on firearms, parts or ammunition as per (Article 13 sec. 3, 4, 5 and 6).
Section 5:
Open carry is defined as carrying a weapon in such a way as to it being visibly seen from either the
front or the back of the person. As long as its unloaded and inside a opaque case of some kind
it maybe carried "concealed" inside a vehicle and does not need to be declared to anyone of
its presence. During hunting seasons rifles or shotguns may be carried visibly in gun racks and
not in opaque cases as long as they are unloaded.
Part A:
If someone does not want firearms in their home you must comply, except for an
on duty Law enforcement officer responding to a reported crime.
Section 6:
You must be 21 years old or older to purchase firearms unless you are enlisted in the active military
which will then allow someone as young as 18 years old to purchase firearms.
Article Two
This is a Nation founded on Christian Principles, though all people of faith may worship when and where you wish as long
you do not endanger any lives or physically obstruct anyone's daily activities.
Section 1:
In the work place during your break time or lunch you may practice your beliefs in a calm
and quiet manner such as reading or praying. they may also wear or carry items that display their faith
or beliefs.You may not however approach someone with your beliefs, they must ask you about your beliefs.
If someone tells you to leave them alone about thier beliefs you must while at work.
Sections 2:
In school children may read and pray before school or after school or during their school lunch
they may wear or carry items that display their faith or beliefs also.
Sections 3:
No National, State or Local governments or person can force you to go to any Church or harass you
about it. If you post a sign on your property or door that you want no solicitations people
cannot come onto your property and harass you about any Church either.
Part A:
A parent or legal guardian has the God Given right to require thier children to
attend Church with them until the child turns 18 years old.
Section 4:
This nation shall maintain and broadcast on 1 National TV Station and 1 National Radio Station with
Conservative Christian themed programming 24 hrs a day.
Section 5:
This nation and its various states shall maintain and display at the main entrance to public schools the
10 Commandments of the Holy KJV of the Bible. All Govenrmental Buildings and court rooms shall also
display the 10 Commandments of the Holy KJV of the Bible and all military bases shall display these also
at the main entrance to each base. That ALL may see we are founded on Christians principles and ideals.
Article Three
You have have the right to free speech and free press in this Nation and the right to peaceably assemble for
such matters and to petition the government for redress of grievances
Section 1:
This right shall not extend to allow public displays of nudity or pornography in any form.
Section 2:
The official language of this nation is common English. No effort to accommodate anyone speaking
any language other than common English shall be allowed by any jurisdiction in this nation, including,
but not limited to Local government, State government, National government, public schools,
and private businesses.
Section 3:
The Mischief rule: you cannot create mischief with free speech, such as crying fire when there
is no fire just to see the havoc and disruption that ensues. Official Government sanctioned
emergency drills are okay however.
Section 4:
Your right of peaceable assembly shall not cover blocking roads, driveways, sidewalks or entrances to
business's, government buildings or homes.
Section 5:
Telemarketing is not allowed in this nation.
Section 6:
You have the right to know that people can speak libel against you and except it contains
criminal implications there is nothing you can do.
Article Four
Marriage in this Nation is defined as the God and State sanctioned union of One man and One woman and it establishes
Co-ownership of finances and property. No other kind of marriage or union is allowed or honored. If you are willing and
able to afford it, You have the right to marry in this nation as describe herein.
Section 1:
Cohabitation is not marriage and therefore does not establish rights to property or money.
Section 2:
A will can be established to give your property and money to whomever you want in the
case of your death or disabling injury or illness.
Section 3:
Each State may set a minimum age to marry of which it can never be lower then 18 years old
and it must allow marriage after you attain the age of 21 years old regardless.
Section 4:
Before your married a license must be obtained at a cost of $35.00, this fee goes to the state your
married in. This shall be adjusted for inflation every Fifth year.
Article Five
This is a right to work Nation. No one may be forced to join any organization as a pre-requisite to work at a job
at any time nor pay dues or fees.
Section 1:
Other then Shoes or gloves you cannot be forced to pay for your own safety equipment or company uniforms
at your job. The employer must pay for safety gear so that you can perform your job safely and uniforms.
Section 2:
Minimum wage in this Nation must start at $7.00 dollars per hour, a State may require more
at its discretion. This shall be adjusted upwards for inflation every fifth year.
Section 3:
You must be at least 18 years old to work more then 19 hours per week.
Article Six
No military personnel shall in time of peace shall be quartered on anyone's property without permission from the owner,
Nor in time of war or invasion without just compensation determined by the average local housing price
or average local rental price.
Article Seven
You have the right to privacy and protection from unreasonable search and seizure of property, papers and effects
which shall not be violated without a warrant and no warrant can be issued without probable cause that a crime
has been committed by a Judge.
Section 1:
Warrants may be issued for one particular item, it must also list the residence, building, vehicle
and/or person to be searched. It must be supported by an Oath and signed document by the Officer(s)
that will do the search.
Section 2:
In the event of no warrant, refusal to allow a search will not be taken as an admission of guilt of a
crime nor be considered probable cause to search you. This is to prevent random unwarranted searches.
Section 3:
If an Officer witnessed a crime in progress and or is in pursuit of a suspect from
a reported crime in progress he may perform a warrantless search after another
officer has arrived to witness the search.
Section 4:
If an arrest is going to be made an Officer must notify the arrested person of their rights as follows:
1. You have the right to remain silent as anything you say can and will be used against you.
2. You have the right to an attorney, if you can't afford one you'll be given a public attorney.
3. You have the right to have your attorney present during any questioning.
4. Do you understand these rights as They have been stated to you?
Section 5:
Anything a person says to their Doctor is confidential and unless a warrant is issued nothing said
or recorded by or to them can be accessed. Nothing said to a persons Attorney or Priest may be
accessed ever without a persons written consent.
Section 6:
No person shall be tried twice for the same crime nor shall be forced to be a witness against themselves.
One also shall have the trial in your state in a county other then the one the crime was committed in.
Your jury must be by 12 jurors also from a county other then the one you committed the crime in.
11 must agree as to your innocence or guilt. You are considered innocent until proven guilty beyond
a reasonable doubt. You cannot be tried in absentia either, you must be present at your own trial
and allowed to face your own accuser.
Part A:
Military Courts for active duty military personnel for breaches of military conduct
may be handled differently as prescribe by military codes of conduct. This code
must be made available to all active duty personnel upon enlisting in the military.
Part B:
In cases where the accused has disobeyed a court summons or fled the state where the
crime was committed, an automatic sentence of 1 to 2 years shall be laid against them
in addition to any other sentence laid against them.
Section 7:
If found guilty of a crime you get one appeal in this nation, use it wisely. A state may grant
one more appeal in its state constitution at its discretion
Section 8:
Statute of limitations on crimes in this nation shall be between Three(3) and Seven(7) Years
from the day the crime was committed and is set by each state at its discretion.
Part A:
There is no Statute of limitations on the crime of murder.
Article Eight
The right to hunt and fish is a personal right and may not be denied for any reason except unlawful abuse of the right
or as stated herein.
Section 1:
Hunting and fishing seasons shall be no less then 21 days long for each but may be spread out over a year
per your local Game Dept. for your State. If the 21 day season is over and you have not gotten your limit's,
thats too bad, the season is over. Do not attempt to hunt out of season.
Section 2:
Limits for fish and animals shall be no less then 1 game animal per year and 6 fish or shellfish and 3 fowl
per person with the required hunting or fishing license, any more than that shall be determined by
your local Game Dept. for your State. Do not attempt to take more than your limit.
Section 3:
The price of hunting and fishing licenses shall be determined by a States Game Department so assigned and
shall be reasonable in cost to the degree that anyone earning the current minimum wage may afford
such licenses in order to supplement their food supplies.(Article 5 sec. 2).
Part A;
ALL funds from hunting and fishing licenses must go towards increasing game or fish or fowl,
maintaining or expanding as necessary lands or areas for such, and enforcement of such,
it must also go to the promotion of hunting and fishing.
Section 4:
Your right to hunt and fish may be revoked for the reasons stated in (Article 1 sec.1).
Section 5:
Age limits for hunting and fishing shall be as follows
Part A:
Fishing at any age, with adult supervision under the age of 10 years of age.
Part B:
Hunting at any age over 10 years of age, with adult supervision required between
the ages of 10 years and 16 years, inclusive.
Part C:
Adult supervision shall be defined as the parent or legal guardian of said child
or someone age 21 years or older, and the adult can be no more than 20 feet from said child.
Article Nine
You have the right to own property if you can afford to buy it.
Section 1:
Peoples property cannot be taken without just compensation this is determined
by the average market price for your type of property plus moving expenses of One Percent
of said value and you are given 60 days to vacate said property.
Section 2:
You have the right to be free of property taxes on your primary single family residence that
you own or are making payments to own. This is an Alodial Property Title.
Section 3:
Your property cannot be condemned if it is your primary residence
that you own or are making payments to own but, you bear all responsibility
if anyone gets hurt on your property.
Part A:
If you have been found guilty of a crime in a court of law, some or all of
your property or assets might be forfeit in a judgment against you.
Section 4:
Community covenants are not allowed and hold no enforceable authority on your single family
residence that you own or are making payments to own. You maintain, use and decorate
your property as you see fit.
Article Ten
You DO NOT have a right to an abortion in this Nation. Abortion is only allowed when the mother would
die giving birth to the child(ren) To be determined by a panel of 3 medical doctors and must be unanimous
in allowing the abortion to happen.
Section 1:
One Doctor shall be appointed to the panel by the mother concerned.
Article Eleven
You have the right to vote on any enforceable National Law or a State or Local law where you live.
National, State or Local legislatures or entities cannot pass laws they can only design laws then
present it to you(the public) for passage. This shall only occur every third year for vote.
Section 1:
All enforceable laws require 80% approval for passage or repeal by the public.
Section 2:
A law can be designed by the legislature or by the public and then put
up for public vote at the appropriate time.
Part A:
Each law may only cover a single Issue.
Part B:
Laws shall never be retroactive in any way.
Section 3:
On the day of voting no one shall be required to work more then 5
hours to allow them access to voting and time to vote.
Section 4:
Voting day is on the first Friday of November every third year and is from 6 AM
to 11:59 PM on that day.
Part A:
If your not inside the door of the location where your suppose to vote
by 11:59 PM you dont get to vote.
Part B:
If you do not sign and date your voting ballot your vote does not count.
Section 5:
Incase of War, Invasion, Natural disaster or a Pandemic the National legislature shall be
able to pass temporary legislation to deal with those problems until the next voting
cycle.
Section 6:
Public designed laws must get 10% of the population's signature prior to voting day
to be considered valid for public vote for the area concerned be it National, State
or local levels.
Section 7:
You must be 21 years old to vote and legally be a citizen of the Nation.
Part A:
You may be disqualified from voting per (Article 1 sec. 1)
Part B:
If you are 18-20 years old and serving in this nations active military you have the right to vote.
Part C:
You are a citizen of this nation if you came here legally or were born here to parents
that were both here legally, no exceptions.
Article Twelve
You have the right to know that people will treat you like shit call you names, ignore you, hate you and
deny you access to their home's or business's and there is nothing you can do about it.
Section 1:
You cannot be denied police, fire or life threating emergency medical help under this article.
This shall not be construed to mean you get free medical care anytime you want.
Article Thirteen
You have the right to know what governmental taxes or fees there are in this nation.
Section 1:
Property taxes are required on business's, storage facilities or residential rental units such as
Apartments or Condo's or duplex's or similar structures/lots and shall not exceed
One half of One Percent each year on the value of the said property. Half
of the taxes go to the state the property is in and the other half go to the nation.
Section 2:
Working Farms of which a family's WHOLE income is derived from shall be taxed
no more the One quarter of One Percent each year and excludes the family home
from said value of the property. If otherwise it reverts to One half of One percent,
but still excludes the families home from said value of the property. These business
taxes go to the state they are located.
Section 3:
The National Government Shall assess sales taxes on any wholesale or retail
sales in this Nation. Wholesale shall never exceed Two percent of the value
of the sale and never exceed Fourteen percent on the Retail sale.
Part A:
Transfers of money into or out of this nation may be assessed a tax
of up to Ten percent of the total value.
Section 4:
The State Governments may assess sales taxes on any wholesale or retail sales
in their respective state. Wholesale shall never exceed One percent and Retail
shall never exceed Two percent of the value of the sale.
Section 5:
Sales are defined by the buying and selling of any item, product or service
or the rental and leasing of items, products or services, or exchanges of items
products or services in lieu of payments for items, products and services.
Part A:
Wholesale shall be defined as, The selling of goods to business's for resale to consumers.
Retail shall be defined as, The selling of goods to consumers and not for resale.
Section 6:
Foreign items, products and services imported into this nation may be assessed taxes at a maximum of
One percent of its value of which half goes to the nation and the other half divided equally
among the several states of the nation. Items exported out of this nation are assessed a tax of
the same rate.
Section 7:
Every third year a State may assess up to $25.00 per motor vehicle be it personal business use in nature.
This fee shall go to maintaining or building new roads, highways, bridges,
and ferry's. The Nation may assess up to $10.00 per vehicle at the same time.
This fee shall go to maintaining or building of interstate freeways and bridges, and rail systems.
These fee's shall be adjusted every Fifth year for inflation
Section 8:
The Nation may assess a fee of no more then $5.00 per person that use National Parks, and
a State may assess a fee of no more then $3.00 per person that use State parks. County and City parks
shall have no fees for usage. These fees shall go right back into maintaining those respective parks.
These fees shall be adjusted every fifth year for inflation.
Section 9:
Airports with International connections may assess a user fee of no more than $15.00 per person
this fee shall go to the nation. Airports that have no international connections may assess a user
fee of no more than $7.50 per person this fee shall go to the state they are located in. These fees
shall go to maintaining or expanding air travel at their respective levels.
These fees shall be adjusted every fifth year for inflation.
Section 10:
There shall be no other Governmental fees or taxes allowed in this Nation or its States
or Localities except as stated above and in (Article 8 sec. 3), and (Article 4 sec. 4).
Article Fourteen
You have the right to know as an imprisoned criminal you have no rights except those
given to you by the National or State Prison systems for good behavior.
Section 1:
You have a minimal set of standards in prison as follows:
1. a single bed cell with toilet and sink
2. 2 1000 calorie meals per day
3. parole consideration after serving 95% of your total sentence with good behavior.
4. 2 sets of prison clothes , 1 tooth brush, 1 rag and 1 towel per year
5. 1 bar of soap and 3 rolls of Toilet paper per month.
6. protection from cruel or unusual punishments
Section 2:
Lethal injection shall not be considered cruel or unusual punishment for repeat violent offenders.
Which shall be determined in a court of law if applicable at the time of your sentencing.
Section 3:
Subduing a dangerous or violent inmate during an altercation shall not be considered
a cruel or unusual punishment nor putting them in solitary confinement as needed.
Section 4:
The punishment for rape IN prison which is castration, shall not be considered cruel or
unusual punishment either.
Section 5:
National prisons shall hold violent criminals. State Prisons shall hold non-violent criminals
or those convicted twice or less for assault.
Section 6:
There shall be one prison in this nation that holds military personnel for crimes committed
while on active duty and for breaches of military conduct as prescribe by the military code
of conduct.
Article Fifteen
You have the right to know that there is no Governmental supported/funded welfare system allowed in this
nation, if you don't work you'll be broke and probably die.
Article Sixteen
No one may use any of the above articles to deny a person any other article
unless already stated in the above articles.
Article Seventeen
ALL of the above Seventeen articles take precedence over any Law in this Nation or a State or Local area
or any Foreign Law and they cannot be overruled, nor may be ignored, nor altered by any improvements,
re-definitions, re-clarifications, re-considerations, amendments, re-drafts, living document ideology,
new articles, new sections, new parts, new speak, necessity, child safety ideology, revisions, adaptations,
corrections, re-interpretations, updates, Treaties NOR by any other method, action, word or enforceable law.
